ThorConnWndClass message

I try to send an email and it gets stuck in the outbox &
freezes up my outlook, I also got a message saying
(ThorConnWndClass unable to close), I cannot seem to find
anything out on this - can anyone tell me please?? I
cannot send or receive emails. HELP~
