Time Zone Alert in Calendar

Even though my PowerBook (OSX v 10.4.7) and Entourage (v 11.2.4) are
both set to the same time zone, I get the following alert when creating
a new calendar event:

"Event and computer time zones do not match. In Calendar views, the
event time is adjusted to display correctly."

After checking all the obvious things, I am at a loss to clear this
condition. Any thoughts on how to clear this are greatly appreciated.
