Time Zones for All Day Events

I currently manage several executives who are w/in 2 different time zones. I
am in CDT and one person is in EDT. I can view two different time zones in my
calednar, however, when I book an all day meeting for him - in his own
calendar - it spans over two days (1:00 am / 1:00 am). How can I change the
time zone for an all day event to be the correct time??

you'd need to use his time zone to make it an all day even - or schedule it
from like 7 am - 9 pm or whatever the actual expected time frame will be.

If you use Outlook 2007 click the time zone button on the appointment form
and select his zone - this will make it a true all day even on his calendar.

Regarding your first suggestion: I don't want to have to schedule it as a
certain time (ie 8:00 - 5:00) as it just clutters the view on his calendar.

Regarding your second suggestion: Even if I switch it to be EASTERN STANDARD
TIME - and then click ALL DAY EVENT - it doesn't save in EST - it saves it in
CST. It grays itself out to be CST again. Am I missing something?
