Timed Execute Of Script

Hi guys....

After the user click on a button, I execute some code and all is well.
About 10 seconds after the button is pressed, I would like to automatically
execute another block of code.

Is there an easy way to do this?

You will need to create a timer to execute the code after a given interval.
Using Settime and KillTimer in PowerPoint 2000 and later.

It depends on exactly what you want to do as to how simple it is. You
might look at Example 8.4 on my web site:

Just click on Examples by Chapter and Chapter 8 to find the example.
This is a lot simpler than Shyam's code, but it is also not nearly as
sophisticated, so you might need the complexity of what Shyam sent you if
my code is not enough.
