Hi, Ya'll! I have successfully published my website using FP'03. Now I want
to know whether it will screw things up if I change simple pieces of code
(e.g. colors, fonts, etc.) on the server rather than in FP and re-uploading?
Also, can you tell me why some pages won't change when I try uploading a
changed page? In particular, some font changes. Thanks. -W

It will only mess with your head if you don't keep local and remote the
same...so if you change something on the server "reverse publish" it back to
your hd that way all files will be the same.

Thanks, Rob. I'll be sure and do that...but how about the second part of my
question? Sometimes when I change a page in FP and upload the changed page,
it REFUSES to make the change. I have to delete the page on the server and
upload a whole new page. What's up with that? -W

could be several things....like if you're on a unix server and you have two
pages named let's say mypage.htm and Mypage.htm that's two different pages
but on your machine if Windows those two files are the same.

could be your server caches changes and don't show up for hours
