Title of a Spreadsheet.

Nothing seems to address this. I end up entering the title in the first row of the spreadsheet, then using merge, center, and bold. This works but seems clumsy to me. Is there a better way to perform this function?
Thanks for responding.

Hi Alan,

You can do this using the Header and Footer feature. To activate headers
and footers, choose Header and Footer from the View menu.

Details about this topic are on pages 495-497 of the All-in-one book.

Jim's suggestion is the right one, but you should never, ever, use merge
cells for a title - not even once. It leads to far more problems than
it's worth - screwing up formatting, sorting, copy/pasting, etc.

If you must put a title in a cell, use the Center Across Selection
(Format/Cells/Alignment/Horizontal) instead.
