Hi Kamal,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Yes. You'll need to use filters to select a single resource and select a
date range of one week.
You might like to have a look at my series on Microsoft Project in the
TechTrax ezine, particularly #22 - Using Filters & 24 - Customizing Reports,
at this site: http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc or this:

(Perhaps you'd care to rate the article before leaving the site, :)
Thanks.)

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Hello, just o add another bit to this question if I may ....... If, over the
total duration of a project, a resource is assigned to many different tasks,
how can you make it so that it only shows the tasks that he is assigned to in
that particular week??? (rather than having a very long list with no hours
assigned!!)

Thanks

Hi Helen,

Are you looking for a printed report or just a view of the Gantt Chart?

If you are looking for a report similar to the "To Do List" (which already
filters by resource), you could modify the "To Do List" report and change
the filter used for the report from "Using Resource..." to "Using Resource
in Date Range".

If you are looking just for a view of the Gantt chart that you could print,
you could just apply the "Using Resource in Date Range..." filter.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how you get along or if you have
further questions.

Julie
