It depends on what the tool bar is for.
The PowerPoint ones should remain as you left them. Some add-ins recreate
the tool bar each time they run, (for example, my xx of yy add-in does this)
so they do not remember where you moved them because they are deleted each
time you close PowerPoint. This was poor coding/planning on my part back
when I wrote that one. What I do is keep that particular add-in loaded, but
not active until I need it. This way it does not show until I ask it to and
it does not keep popping up in the way whenever I start PowerPoint.
Which toolbar is it that fails to stay moved?
