Toolbars keep moving

I have several toolbars open in PPT 2003. I arrange them the way I
want them, but they keep moving. Is there some way to lock the
arrangement?

It depends on what the tool bar is for.

The PowerPoint ones should remain as you left them. Some add-ins recreate
the tool bar each time they run, (for example, my xx of yy add-in does this)
so they do not remember where you moved them because they are deleted each
time you close PowerPoint. This was poor coding/planning on my part back
when I wrote that one. What I do is keep that particular add-in loaded, but
not active until I need it. This way it does not show until I ask it to and
it does not keep popping up in the way whenever I start PowerPoint.

Which toolbar is it that fails to stay moved?

The Standard is the only one that stays put. I closed the Snag-It and
the PDF add-ins and now things quit moving.
