Toolbars

Dead End. I turned my Outlook toolbars off by right
clicking them and unchecking the boxes beside them. Now I
can't get them back. No menu bar (file, view, tools
etc.), standard or formatting toolbars. All gone. Even
de-installed and re-installed office XP, still didn't come
back. Help.

Try renaming your outcmd.dat file to outcmd.old while Outlook is closed.
Outlook will rebuild the default toolbars the next time you open it.

Note: If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, you'll need to search in hidden
and system folders to find the outcmd.dat file.
