Tools Synchronize All Folders Not available

I am using WXP with Outlook 2000 and offline folders.
Under the Tools Synchronize menue I have 3 options (fully
expanded):
1.)Mail and Calendar
2.)This folder
3.)Offline Folder Settings
I remember there being an "All Folders" Option and the
HELP idicates that as well, but it does not appear on the
list.

Any ideas?
