Track billable hours

Hello,

As a consultant, I need to track my hours. I found a link for this using
Outlook 2003. However, I am using 2007. I wasn't able to get going. It
looks like some things have changed.

Does anyone know how to track hours using Outlook 2007 several clients?

I'd use the journal or tasks for that. It works the same way as it does with
OL2003.
