Track Changes

Can I change the tracking function to delete the pop up balloon showing date,
time and description of change (deletion/insertion)? We do not want the pop
up information to show on other computers (i.e., e-mailed to a user outside
of the office).

I think you want a version of the document for yourself that includes
all of the tracked changes, and a version of the document for other
people that does not show the tracked changes, right? To do this, open
the original document, "save as" to a different filename, click on
"Accept all tracked changes" on the Reviewing toolbar, click on "Reject
all comments" on the Reviewing toolbar, and save. Keep the original
document to yourself, and email the second file to your outside user.
