Track-It! Monitor

Hello,

After I installed the security update for our "HelpDesk"
box with Outlook 2000. Track It Monitor stop automatically
forward the email to my inbox. In order for the Track It
Monitor to send out email, I have to go to the box and
manually click on the "check now" button. Outlook then
will pop up the warning message window ask for the
security permission in order to send out the email. This
is very time cosuming process.

I had tried to using "OutlookSecurity.oft" template to fix
the problem, but it didn't work. Does anyone can help me
to bypass the security screen by OUTLOOK every time Track
It try to forwarding the email.
