Tracking changes

Please
How do I remove Tracking Changes and items changed to red, etc. so that when
I close and save the document and subsequently open it all the tracking
changes do not reappear?
Desperate, please help.

Hi Ben,

You may want to try this. Go to EDIT>VIEW>TOOLBAR and select the
Reviewing Toolbar if it's not already showing.

Then click the icon that says "Accept Change" and in the drop-down
menu, click on "Accept all Changes in Document". Then also make sure
that the Track Changes icon on the Reviewing Toolbar is not
highlighted.

Your document should return to a more normal view, and if you save it
and re-open it, it should no longer show the tracked changes.
