Hi,

Yes.
Format
Bar Styles
Look for the baseline bars and select the upper half as shape.
Now look for the plan bars (critical - not critical etc. and select the
lower half as shape.
Quite some work but if you think it's worth it :)
Greetings,

Hi Pete -
I haven't tried it, but I think you can do that on the Format/Bar Styles...
from the menu. What you do is change the Bar Appearance and Shape. I
think the middle portion of the bar can be located either "top" or "bottom"
.... If i get a chance after this meeting I will give it a shot

I hope you want to do this in Tracking gantt view. I suggest you copy
the Tracking gantt view, before doing the below steps.

How to copy the Tracking gatt?
a. Choose View | More views ...
b. Select Tracking Gantt view and select copy ...
c. Give a new name in "View Definition" window.

How to customize the bar styles?
a. Use Format | Bar styles
b. Replace the values "Start" to "Actual Start" and "Finish" to
"Actual Finish" in From and To columns
c. Replace the values "Baseline Start" to "Start" and "Baseline
Finish" to "Finish" in From and To columns

Let us know if this helps
