Tracking in changes in Word

I have a user with two computers - is there any way to set up track changes
so it recognizes both computers as the same user for reviewing changes.
Currently, if the user starts reviewing a document with computer 1, and
continues to review the doc with computer 2, then there are two sets of
changes in the documents. Word thinks they are two different users.
Even if there is a way to combine the "changes" of two users into one, that
would be helpful.
