Tracking sub menu not showing up

Using Project 2003; here's a strange problem - The "Tracking" sub menu under
"Tools" does not display.

I have tried the following with no luck:
1) Rebooted machine several times.
2) Reinstalled Project 2003 (and SP3) multiple times.
3) Ran "Detect and Repair".

The only thing left to try is reinstall Office 2003 completely, but I'm
hoping for other ideas before I try this.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hello Elai,

Try resetting the menu. Choose Tools > Customize > Toolbars. Click
the Toolbars tab and in the list, find the choice for Menu Bar.
Select the Menu Bar and click the Reset button. Say OK.
