Tracking travel expenses

With the resources time and salary can be tracked easily.
Is there an easy way to also track weekly travel expenses
and have it show on the resources usage view?

Hello Ken,
In the Resource Sheet, create a "Material resource" named "Travel Expenses",
Material Label = K$ for example and Standard Rate = $1000.
If a task implies $1000 of travel expenses, assign 1 unit of these resource
on this task
