Trackng sheet on OutlookXP

I was an Outlook2k user and i had the possibility to track
read notification having a tracking sheet on each message
sent. Using outlookXP I don't see this feature working
and reading knoweledge base I see that you can only
collect all read notification in a folder.
Did anyone use this feature (tracking sheet) on OL-XP?
