transfer emails from old mac to new mac

What is the easiest way to transfer all emails from existing entourage to a new mac (also Entourage)?

Make sure the copy of Entourage on the new Mac is up-to-date. Open Activity
Monitor on your new Mac (use Spotlight to find it), then quit a process
called Microsoft Database Daemon. When you're done, simply copy the
following folder "~/Documents/Microsoft User Data" (where "~" stands for
your user account) to the Documents folder on your new Mac. If you then
launch Entourage on your new Mac, you should have access to the same data as
on your old Mac.
