transfer favorites and emails from old computer to new

[waiting for an anwer :)]

I just bought a new computer and I want to transfer my old emails to my new
one.
I already set my email up and I am receiving new emails to it, however I
have to go to my old computer to retrieve favorites and folders/saved emails.

Please tell me how I can handle this issue
