Transfer Inbox & calendar to new PC

Can anyone help please. I will be shortly be geting a
newer PC and would like to know the best way of
tranfering my inbox & calendar to my new PC.

All this information is stored within a pst-file. Copy this file to your new
PC and configure Outlook to use it by using File-> Open-> Outlook Data File
