Transfer Outlook completely to another computer

Hi,

since i had to reinstall my computer, i want to transfer outlook completely
to the new system. Is this possible without having to reinstall mailboxes,
rules etc. separately and completely reconfigure appearance for each folder?

I search for something like a "total backup".

Can anyone help me.
