Transfere project and site from one server to another (MSP Server 2003)

Hi,

Is there a good way to move a project and the belonging project site
from one Project Server installation to another (MSP Server 2003)? I'm
not going to transfer the complete databases, only selected projects
with project sites.

I works fine to move only the project by taking it offline on the
source server and importing it to the destination server. I have not
found a good (working) may to move the project site.

Any suggestions?
