Transfering "Customized Menus"

Thomas Robisnon

I just recently got a new computer and installed
Microsoft FrontPage 2000 on it. It it possible to
transfer the customized menus that I made on my old
computer (in Frontpage 2000) to my new computer? And how
would you go about doing this?

If you mean your tool bars in FP
On the old machine find CMDUI.prf and copy it to same location on the new computer
- Usually in C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Microsoft\FrontPage\State
Note:
If you have any addins installed that attach to the tool bar they may fail if not re-installed
