Transferring Ghantt and Task info to Power Point

I am trying to copy both the task information and Ghantt chart as one picture
into a power point slide. I can use project's copy as picture function to
grab the ghantt chart, but it doesn't bring the task info along. Is there any
way to get both in one fell swoop? Thanks.

Hi J Streger,

When you use the copy picture button, is your screen arranged to show both
the task sheet (left side) and the Gantt chart?

If you arrange your screen as you want it to appear (columns on task sheet
visible, Gantt chart zoomed in or out as needed) the copy picture toolbar
button should capture precisely what is shown.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Thanks. I did have both on the screen, but it seems that if the Ghantt window
was laying even partially over a column, it didn't show on the print, and
that seemed to be the problem.

Thanks. The ghantt window was slightly over the task name column and that was
causing the problem
