Transferring my MS Office to a new computer

I bought Microsoft office a few years back, and got my keys
for both my laptop and my PC. I recently bought new PC and
I would like to get my key moved from the old PC to my new
one. How would I go about doing this? By the way, my
Office is not OEM or anything, I purchased it separately,
full-price, at some office warehouse store.
