Transferring outlook data to a new computer

I recently purchased a new computer and I want to
transfer the data from the old computer to the new
computer, including emails, clander and contacts. What
is the easiest way to do this?

You didn't menion your Outlook version so I'm going to take a wild guess and
say you're using Outlook 2002. Look at the following two articles for help
with this -- one is a primer on Outlook files, and the other gives
instructions for moving to a new Outlook 2002 machine.
