Transferring Outlook Files to a New Computer

I use MS Outlook a great deal and need to transfer all of
my Outlook-resident information to a new computer (i.e.,
Contacts, Calendar, Tasks...)

I can't locate these files on my current computer. I'm
sure there's a simple way to do this, but I can't figure
it help.

Can anybody help me?

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
