Transferring Pictures

I want to put a photo in the body of an email. Nothing happens when I try to "insert". When I use "attach", it includes it as an attachment, which I don't want.
Any help appreciated.

You can only do this with HTML messages. Drag photo into message.

You should have received an error message if you tried Insert when you had a
Plain Text message open.
