Hello,

Can anyone help me?
I have a column of numbers as follows:
1
2
3
Using copy/paste special transpose i can put them into a row but only as
follows: 1,2,3
Does anyone know a quick way to put them in this order:3,2,1

Cheers

Joe

Hi
try the following formula:
=OFFSET('sheet1'!$A$3,COLUMN(A:A)-1,0)
and copy this to the right

Hi,
Firstly, sort the numbers in the way(order) you want them to appearafter
tranpose.
Thank you,

I'm assuming the 1,2,3 etc are not representative of your data and merely
indicate the existence of a number, else you would just sort first and then
transpose. Put a helper column next to your numbers and put 1 in the firts, 2
in the second and then select both and fill down, so you get something like:-

738 1
585 2
626 3
368 4
379 5
799 6
123 7
787 8
835 9
741 10
151 11
479 12
877 13
813 14
443 15
966 16

Now just select the entire set of data and do a Sort / Descending based on the
helper column, and then transpose. You can also Transpose first and then just
do this on a horizontal basis sorting right to left.
