Trial version of Office 2003 Student Teacher edition

I own Office 2003 - Student and Teacher edition.
I'm replacing my computer and wanted to install my Office 2003 Student and
Teacher edition on the new one.
However, the new computer came with a 60 day trial version of Office 2003.
In the "help/about" it says it is Student Teacher edition.

My question:
Can I use MY product ID to activate the trial version or do I need to
uninstall it and then reinstall mine, even though they seem to be the same
thing?
