Trouble restoring .pst folder on another pc, can you help.?

I exported my pst file onto desktop and backed up to cd. I have a new pc and
outlook will not let me restore this backup. I get the error "you do not have
permission to open this folder" it cannot be accessed.

Can you help?

You have to copy the pst from the cd to the local drive. Also, the CD will
have set read only properties on the PST, you have to change it back to
read/write which Outlook requires.
