Trouble with automatic calculation

I created a spreadsheet with over 70 sheets that link up
to a master sheet. My problem is that the master sheet
is not picking up changes that are made in other sheets.
I have selected the automatic calculation tab under the
options menu and am stumped. Any advice anyone?

Hi
are these cells first linked to a close workbook which is itself linked
to another closed workbook?
