trouble with "file as field"

Our business runs Outlook 2002. When in my contacts the
heading under the tool bar shows, Contacts (Blank)-
(Blank). Is there a way i can change this back to (A&-
And) so the file as will show for my contacts?
If anyone knows what i mean please help. thanks,
