troubles installing office 2000

hey i am having roblems having office 2000 because it
starts installing good but then it just occur an error
with the driver where i put the cd on. It just doesn't
recognize the driver when the installion is half way done.
please help me thanks!

Follow the steps in Knowledge Base article 281770 How to Perform Clean-Boot
Troubleshooting for Windows 2000 (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=281770)
to clean-boot your system, and then try to install Office again. If it fails
again, post the exact wording of any error messages you may receive.
