troubleshooting with print view in Word

Can someone please help me. When i am in the print view, i cannot see beyond
the first page. I try to scroll down but it only goes to the bottom of the
first page. I do not know what the problem is, i have restored word and put
default settings and it still didn't help me.

Go to Format | Columns and make sure that the number of columns is set to 1.
