I have a user who sent a moderately large email in HTML format. After
several paragraphs, the user created a bulleted list followed by a few more
paragraphs. On the recipient's end, the message is truncated after the first
bullet (the bullet is there, but nothing after it).
We're using Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server (not sure what version). The
email was sent in-house.
Is this a sender vs recipient viewing options issue? Or perhaps Norton
AntiVirus is "cleaning" the message? Has anyone else experienced this?
