Trying to Install Office 2007 in Vista with Administrator Error

I have a brand new laptop with Vista Business edition.

I am trying to install a corporate edition of Office 2007 and keep getting
an error saying that I am not an administrator. I can assure you that my
user account IS an administrator account. Anyone have any ideas why this is
happening?

I tried to restart in safe mode to install it, no luck.
