trying to upgrade windows to include Power point

I have windows 98 currently, if I upgrade to XP
Professional , will it include PowerPoint 2000?

Windows XP is your Operating System, and does not include PowerPoint. You need either the Stand alone version of PowerPoint, or the Microsoft Office suite

Windows is an Operating System and doesn't include applications. If you
want PowerPoint on your system you'll want to purchase Office 2003 (in
October) or PowerPoint 2003 - - the standalone version. I recommend that
you wait until October 21st when Office 2003 will be released. The full
Office Suite is a much better buy than purchasing just PowerPoint.
