Turn a message into a task

It's handy to turn a received message to a task. I use it as a reminder to
reply.
When I open the Task, however, there is no way to reply to the message from
the open Task window. Or have I missed it somewhere?

I use Flags. Just klick white flag once and you have mail with redflag and
that mail shows in for Follow Up-view too. Sometimes I add reminder to flag
too.

You can't reply to it because it's no longer a message. For Outlook 2003
you might consider using the QuickFlags to remind you to reply; you can
even set a reminder by right-clicking the quick flag and selecting "Add
Reminder".
