Turn off paragraph mark for ONE document

A

Alvin SIU

Hi all,

I know that I can turn off the paragraph mark in the OPTIONS
menu in MS Word.
After turning off, all doc file will not show the paragraph mark.

But, my requirement is not like this.
Actually, I want to turn ON the parargraph mark
so that all the doc file will show the paragraph mark.

Then, for ONE document, I want to turn the paragraph mark
no matter who is opening the document.

In other word, can my doc file control to turn-off the paragraph mark
when it is opened (regardless the existing MS Word setting) ?

Thanks in advance.

I kind of doubt it, however that setting is per user, not per document. I
leave all non-printing characters on all of the time but when I send it to
someone else, their settings are the ones that they show (or don't show).

I believe this only changes the way you are "viewing" a document. I
don't believe it in any way changes the document, so there would be no way
to do what you want other than to turn it off or on as you wish.

You could use a Macro to turn it off in that particular doc, but then
you would need to reset it elsewhere.
