Turn off preview pane in a MST

We are installing Office XP using a custom .mst made via the Office
Toolkit Custom Installation Wizard. When Outlook is installed, the Preview
Pane is turned on by default. Is there anyway to turn this off by default?
There are settings in the mst for the Preview Pane, but they are just how it
behaves, nothing about just plain turning it off.
