Can I turn a picture round one point in animation?
If not, how can I manage to do so?

Mr Wonder,
You could use the emphasis animation spin to do what you are after. Have you
tried it?

As Luc says you should use the spin emphasis (XP onwards so you're out of
luck if you have an earlier version)

Spin always spins around the centre point, if this is NOT what you need have

Thank you a lot with your hint, I myself was close to the solution but until
now I never usee the crop tool.
