Two Mailboxes Listed in Folder Items

Well, I've looked and looked but cannot find the answer to this one:

When I open Outlook (2K3) I see two instances of my Inbox listed in the
Folders Pane. Both are working copies of my Inbox on an Exch server -
(E2K). Why and how do I make one of them disappear? Right clicking both
instances has Close Mailbox greyed out.
