K

kallaloch

i just updated to office 2003 from my office xp. i saved my pst folder and
copied it into the correct directory. i now have 2 personal lists. i would
like to erase one. they both have the same info. i noticed somebody a couple
days ago had the same problem and was told his mail profile was bad, how
does one change that?
the other question; i have all my contacts listed but no address book, how
do i covert that?
thanks

Create a new mail profile under Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show
Profiles->New. Do not copy the old one. During the process of creating
your profile, ensure you install the Outlook Address Book service.
