how do i type text into a text box during a slide show presentation?

Using the "Control Toolbox" toolbar click the "TextBox" control and drag and
draw a textbox on your slide. When in Slide Show Mode you can type into
this. What is the exact reason/results you are trying to accomplish? Which
version of PowerPoint are you using? Maybe we can give more information if
we know this.
