un-register MS office

I am changing my PC and need to unregister MS office 2003 from my old PC to
install and register on the new PC. How do I do it ?

First, you can't do this with OEM copies (they are bound to the hardware).
If you have a retail version, then you may move it to another pc by
installing it on the new one. If activation fails for the second pc, you
shall choose the phone activation method and explain the case to the
operator.
