Hello,
Suddenly, I am unable to access the features in the menu toolbar of
Excel, Word, Powerpoint. In an Excel cell, when I right click to access
the features for delete, insert, etc. - I am unable to see the options
, and instead come up with just a blank white window , which is
supposed to hold the options. I've tried repairing MS Office,
reinstalling MS Office as well as Windows XP, as I detect the same
problems of invisibility when I click on one of the programs (e.g.
Accessories) in the Start-> Programs feature. Can anyone shed light on
this issue on what this might be?
I am currently doing virus scans, so I have yet to wait on the results.
