Unable to access my email.

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2000 with Win98. I cannot acces my
email from POP3 account, I keep getting the error.

Unable to connect to the server
(Account: 'getmail.Eades.com', SMTP
Server: 'sendmail.Eades.com', Error Number: 0x800ccc0f).

I can access my email using webmail, my email provider
says it is nothing to do with them. This started on Friday
for no apparent reason. I have tried everything suggested
on the Microsoft site, I have quadruple checked my email
configuration. I have disabled Norton Antivirus and this
produces error code 0x800ccc0e. I don't know what to do
next and am getting desperate.
